Sometimes you don't want users to access Icons and Tooltips with D365 without revoking the permissions you defined before. You can do that with Icons and Tooltips with D365 Access Denied security role.

Remove Access to Icons and Tooltips with D365

Follow these simple steps to restrict user access:

Locate the Security Role

When you installed Icons and Tooltips with D365, you have an empty security role called "Icons and Tooltips with D365 - Access Denied"

Assign to Users

Assign this security role to any user you want to remove access to Icons and Tooltips with D365. The access will be immediately denied.

Important Note

The "Access Denied" security role takes precedence over other permissions. Even if a user has System Administrator role, assigning them the Access Denied role will block their access to Icons and Tooltips with D365.
